Pro tip, when you use go to the grocery store, walk around the ended of the store, that's where all of this stuff is. The isles are usually filled with useless processed shit

But... they aren't wrong? Calories in calories out, exercise only increases calories out. As they point out, people who exercise change other lifestyle choices, I saw a study about how fitbit users lost the least weight among exercising groups because it made them feel as though they burned enough off to reward themselves with another donut or whatever.
All exercise is going to do is increase energy out and its up to the person to not also increase energy in. This is of course neglecting certain methods of weight loss that I can't argue for or against but things like working out fasted might burn more or actually burn fat outright rather than taking away from energy in.

More calories out is a good thing. Eat healthy and you wont be able to consume too much calories. They are only right for ppl who cant control themselves. Those ppl can kill themselves imho. Fucking pussys

Yea well thats 90% of the population as well as /fit/ you are describing there, no reason to expect otherwise

i agree, too many fatties think that they can just walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes a day and not change their diet and expect to see results

Or you could just read the sticky

But it does matter where the calories are coming from. I.e. Dense sugary foods will of cource be calorie dense, but it will also boost the insulin in your body, which means that food provides more fat than energy.
