Started bulking at 2500 calories and somehow I've gained 10 lbs in a week.
How is this even possible?
Post your fucking diet dude. I'm 5'9" weighing 135lbs and I'm stuffing my face, can' only gain 1/2 pound a week.

Water weight is a bitch in judging weight especially if you are doing things like a pre-workout that has creatine in it which along with the diet you posted will make you retain more water generally.
Measure your waist to make sure you aren't gaining too much weight. Also tfw cutting 1kg per week with as many calories as you are bulking with.
