/fit/ tell me which is better for combining major muscle group whit secondary one for training session.
Chest+triceps
Back+biceps
or
Chest+biceps
Back+triceps
The arguments are that in the first case you train the arm muscle that is already pumped in the major muscle group training. The argument for the second one is to do full arm workout by training passively the one muscle group and actively the other one.
Tbqh I do chest + back
And arms

Back and biceps
And chest and triceps obviously
When your train back (pullups, rows etc.) you're automatically training your biceps and you might as well hit them even harder with a few isolations at the end of a workout.
Same goes for triceps and chest.
