Over 20 minutes to pan cook a chicken breast, thats the perfect way to get it as hard and as dry as possible.
Butterfly or cut chiken tit so its 2-2.5cm thick, marinate in worchestershire sause, salt and pepper, pan fry on medium heat up to 5 minutes on each side, give it a 5 minute rest.
