Assuming you have gyno (it should feel like hard masses of fat under your nipples, will be clearly different from regular fat you will feel in your stomach), then surgery is the only option.

I have bad gyno. Considering surgery this year.

Lifting weights, build a big upper chest and get low bf% are the only things that really help. Wearing dark shirts or compression undershirts helps too.

tfw was grade 1 then I followed the fucking advice on /fit/ and started taking yohimbine with fasted cardio.

tfw grade fuckoff now and all I had to do was follow simple instructions. Should have done it years ago, when I first came across it.
