On a horizontal plane turn your Head all the way to the right and then to the left with full ROM for as long as necessary every time someone offers you food you fat fuck.

also focus on your diet and dont eat shit, that's your main problem. lose body fat and your double chin should go away.
Tongue pull ups 4 x 10. Its pretty simple you just wrap your tongue around a pull up bar and pull up your body by using your tongue. You do this 2-3 times a week and you will see amazing results within a month!
