When your time is free 24/7 it's pretty damn easy.
Plus DOMS tends to go away once you've been working out long enough. Usually the biggest problem is that my lifts go down as the week goes on because I'm not giving my body enough rest.
However, not working out for two days tends to reset that problem plus I usually try to target different body parts on different days when possible.

Recovery and caloric surplus is important with this kind of volume so I do gomad, and sleep as much as I can.
As for Dom's, after a while you will barely feel them and it will be enjoyable. Just keep pushing through bro
