If you do your research you can get way better shit from your food and a few supplements. Hit up found my fitness it's a youtbe channel run by Dr.Rhonda Patrick. She goes on the Joe Rogan podcast and drops crazy knowledge bombs with huge amounts of it being about gaining muscle mass and cognitive function. I can list out what I remember, but I'm probably just going to get meme arrowed at with whatever I say.

Brain Force is just a blend of nootropics. For most people they don't work too well.
I especially don't like how little of the nootropics are in Brain Force such as the 81 mg of Phosphatidylserine which is way too small.

I'm still a fond believer that anyone that actually wants to improve their overall mental function should consider taking 10-20 mg of co-enzyme PQQ (with 200 mg of Co-Q 10 if you're past 30). Through the process of mitochondrial biogenesis, new mitochondria can be made as well as revitalizing old mitochondria so that more energy can be made in the brain.
