>Can flexibility be increased by flexibility increasing workouts?
scientists the world over seek to answer such questions.

Strength training in full range of motion will increase your flexibility for that particlulare movement.
But other than that its better to have a stretching routine.
Yoga is some random bullshit. Yes, if you did 3 years of yoga you may have gotten flexible, but you could get the same from 4 months of stretching.

What are some good stretching routines?
>>40761581
..Nigga yoga IS stretching. Its all you fucking do there
>>40761597
yeah, and its in fucking weird postions, and what parts you stretch heavily deends on the teacher, because a lot of them arent good, and have a poor understanding of human anatomy.

>have a poor understanding of anatomy
Well then stop going to Barefoots you fucking ignoramus. The basis of all yoga is an intensive understanding of anatomy, if you find anyone that got their 200 hours from somewhere other than a community college that should be evident. How can you be so mentally inept?
>hurr I went to Planet Fitness and Curves
>gyms are shit and encourage laziness and low standards
FUCK YOU HOMIE I WILL SNAP YOUR SPINE. MAYBE IF YOU WERE MORE FLEXIBLE YOU WOULD SURVIVE IT

I couldn't agree more
