Curls are good but only if you don't only do curls. The issue is that gymbros only work chest and biceps. If you have a balanced physique then who gives a shit if you do curls?

Exactly, your program doesn't need them. They do have some uses in warming up the elbows and biceps for others lifts though. If you dont like them but want to develop your arms do chin ups and rows instead. Youll still get decent arms, just maybe less bicep definition depending on your genetics.

Trust me chin ups, and rows are not enough. The bicep need volume, and toother many chin ups will give you elbow problems. finish your pull/arms/upper day or w/e with a few light sets to failure.
