Does anyone else have trouble gaining bench press strength through 5x5? What did you tweak to fix it?

Switch to DB for a few weeks. If you're stalling on something hard, switch shit up.
Yeah, I've been on a 5x5 strength program since the end of February, and though I've increased squats and deadlifts by about 10-15lbs each since then, I've barely made a dent on my bench limit. It's like my chest and arms just gives up after the 3rd set.
If you are not a beginner you need to do way more reps than 5x5, even if it is with accessory lifts

increase volume and frequency. for bench, volume (tonnage more than NOL) is the meaning of life. 5x5 3 times every 14 days is not nearly enough.
