I think a lot of Lee's stunts were exaggerated and even fabricated. His training routine is also all bro-science. With that said Bruce Lee supposedly trained with light weights and focused on slamming out reps fast.

I remember when I was a dumbass I read his book, and he had something like a strength routine, conditioning, and something else. Being a dumbass, I wasn't sure waht to do, so I just did a weird mix of 2 of them at a time. I worked out for 3 hours at a time, and after a few months I had back pain so bad I couldn't get out of bed.
