klokov has many problems. i think he spoke about this in one of his event videos. he has different types of pain at different locations depending on how much weight he is lifting.
if you bench and OHP regularly, behind the back pressing will give you shoulder problems sooner or later because of impingement

In all seriousness it's an impressive feat if you can do it but for the vast majority it's a huge amount of work to get good at safely and probably not worth the risk of blowing your shoulder out. Most people will never have to press something from behind the neck anyway so just OHP like a normal person.
If you really want to learn how to do it more power to you but if you're trying to convince others it's a must do exercise your just trolling and/or retarded.
