You have to grip the weighted side normally and the other side in a "pull" or "supinated" grip. This allows you to counteract the weight on the one side and effectively train away the asymmetry produced by excessive mastubation.

OHP stands for overhead press. 1 plate overhead press usually means OHP with 135lbs/60kg on the bar, 1 plate on either side. Based on your question I could consider you were talking about overhead pressing with only one side loaded, but that doesn't match your OP image and why the fuck would you be doing either what you're describing on what's on the image anyway?
