Who says cheat=deficit?

I usually eat a 1500 calorie meal once a day and then cucumbers if it isnt satisfying enough.

If i want crepes and other chocolate stuff i just eat less that day, around 500-1000 depending on what sweet i ll order at night

For example the day i got both a milkshake and a crepe i ate like 500 calories from salted/peppered boiled chicken

And since i am still losing weight, everything is going fabulous

Protip: deficit eating will only get you so far and will eventually become counterproductive once your metabolism optimizes itself.

Fasting is a FAR superior method of weight loss. Once you're a few days in, it's even easier to manage than watching your calories.

Female. I had fat parents and wanted to be beautiful. I like the way clothing fits when you are super thin, and how you can look good wearing just about anything. I feel like if I was fat it wouldn't even be worth trying to dress well because even the best looks don't look good on heavy women.

At first it was hard to lose weight, but then once I discovered that hunger comes in waves that was a huge breakthrough (or regression, depending who you ask) for me and made weight loss easy. It changed my mentality to "hunger is what I feels like to be thin". I did intermittent fasting before I knew what it was, and that is a major way I learned about hunger coming in waves.

I guess it was a long process.

No that's why I've been lurking /fit/. I don't want to look muscular but I feel really weak. I'm so busy with work that getting to a gym is hard for me and I'm exhausted all the time at the end of the day. I've been trying to do some body weight stuff.

I guarantee you wont put on muscle. You're female, you don't have the test levels to pack on muscle, nor do you eat enough to make any serious muscle gains. It'll help define your limbs though, and using the word ''tone'' is taboo but that's pretty much what it'll do. Less bodyfat and more muscle makes you look skinnier as a woman, assuming you're not taking anavar.

Bodyweight stuff probably would be better for you. Is it shoulder blade area pain or middle area pain?

I just got a full blood work up. I was actually doing well. I mean I'm thin but I don't starve myself anymore. I do it slowly but surely, eating like 1500-1600 calories per day and I'm pretty good about nutrition - or at least good enough to not be deficient in anything.

I also eat higher fat to keep my energy levels more consistent which does seem to help, carbs make me crash really bad.

Uh, no? When I eat, I get in my 1,800 calories and get a respectable amount of fruits and vegetables. General consensus is that if you consume something less than 50 calories, you will still remain in a fasted state, so most people doing IF will snack on vegetables when hungry. All I was saying is that I never get hungry during my 20 hour fasting period.

Most of the time, yeah.
I usually drink my coffee in the morning before workout and around lunchtime. Don't worry too much about getting hungry tho, you'll be fine after few days.
Make sure you stay hydrated.

I'm really lucky I think because my girlfriend has been exercising with me and it's actually something we both look forward to now. Plus I want to push my ability to rock climb so dropping the extra 35ish pounds will help me stick on the overhanging walls.
