Alright bros, how many times a week do you workout for and for how long?

3 to 4 days depending how hard i worked at my job the last day.
2 to 3 hours full body

5-6 times a week
10-15 minute morning routine every morning

M-W-F 1-2 hour full body advanced calishthenics workout
T-TH 30min-1hour of tabata circuits/hiit/jogging/walking or basically anything I want.

4 x 1 hour gym routine
4 x 1 hour liss cardio

Split this throughout the week, with one rest day.

4 times a week, 2-3 hrs each time. day 1 is squats/bench/core strength, day 2 accessory hypertrophy, day 3 rest. day 4 is chest/leg/core hypertrophy, day 5 is accessory-ish. strength-ish. days 6 and 7 are rest. it works really well for me.
