This is a very helpful tip for when you're cutting. Use liquid vaseline instead of olive oil or corn oil, on salads, vegetables etc. Olive oil is healty, great nutrients and shit, but almost 100 calories per tbsp. So....i guess this is a good option. Been doing this for months and it works.

2 teaspoon is~80 kcal, and more than enough as dressing for a bowl of salad veg.
For frying/skillet, you can use water or broth to prevent sticking.
assuming you use olive oil twice a day, 160 kcal is easy to fit in a cutting diet, especially if it's for good fats/omega 3 as in olive oil

Get unflavored Greek yogurt, and put in a packet of ranch dressing mix. You can add a little bit of milk to thin it out a little bit.

Then get a huge Tupperware thing with a lid, put all your salad shit in there, and shake the shit out of it.

100 calories is just 0.1 kcal. So I could eat 1,000 of them and would still have only added 100 kcal to my died. I think I'm good.
