Post a pic of your physique. If you have shit genetics and look mediocre at your limit then juice up. If you have good genetics and you limit allowed to achieve a complete full looking physique and decent size then pick up martial arts , since lifting doesnt require you to go hard to maintain , you can combine both martial arts and lifting without your physique suffering.

There is no reason for you to juice, you already look fine. Just train hard and try to get stronger without gaining too much bodyweight. If you're at 1/2/3/4 try hitting 2/3/4/5 etc
