Does this look good for my summer cut? This is still around 90g carbs and 180g of protein, how many pound of fat can I expect to loose assuming I hit around 2500 calories a day?

Why the fuck would you cut at 2500 calories
Are you 6'4 and 300lbs?
>"""talapia"""
>cutting at 2850 calories per day
are you a troll, or just retarded?

Not a question, just a note.. lost 20lbs in 2 months, 6"5' 268lbs today.
Added in 2 cardio days, SS w/ assistance, and what's interesting is that during work days I eat 2500kcal, on Sat 4000kcal on Sun 1500kcal and that "cheat" isn't affecting my cut :^)
How do I get her back?

Perhaps I worded it poorly. I'm planning on exerting ~2500 calories and eating only ~1900
eating 300 above maintenance at 3k cals, hitting 150 g protien a day. right now im going for about 440 g carbs and 63 g of fat ~. Finding it hard to not go over fat limit, low carb high fat or high carb low fat better?

Why the fuck would you ever high carb

Not at all. Start with 2000kcal and go down from there.

what's wrong with high carb?
>>40709857
Sounds like insulin spike city. Unless you're a marathoner what purpose does high carb serve?
>>40709868
im not very educated on the matter but examine.com has stated that there is little to no difference between the two

From my experience the rule of thumb 1kg per week per 1000 cal deficit (1lbs per week at 500) is pretty true, at a bf of maybe 20% it goes even faster, and it stays at this rate until 10% from my experience, so you can do the math
