Does this look good for my summer cut? This is still around 90g carbs and 180g of protein, how many pound of fat can I expect to loose assuming I hit around 2500 calories a day?

Not a question, just a note.. lost 20lbs in 2 months, 6"5' 268lbs today.

Added in 2 cardio days, SS w/ assistance, and what's interesting is that during work days I eat 2500kcal, on Sat 4000kcal on Sun 1500kcal and that "cheat" isn't affecting my cut :^)

From my experience the rule of thumb 1kg per week per 1000 cal deficit (1lbs per week at 500) is pretty true, at a bf of maybe 20% it goes even faster, and it stays at this rate until 10% from my experience, so you can do the math
