what kind of conditioning drills did you do in HS sports?
i remember our basketball coach making us do 22s a bunch of times, i hated the shit out of them
what are 22s?
The bleep test: A series of beeps, starting off very slow, and increasing slowly. You have to run from one line to another before the beep. Miss 3 beeps and you're out.

up and down a basketball court twice (1 rep) and then 22 seconds rest - you do 22 reps
We had a huge hill by our practice field. We would run it after practice. Hills are great for conditioning
I did wrestling and we'd do bear crawls with a resistance band tied around our waist. Fucking hated those. Kills your gains.

I was a lazy piece of shit who didn't do any sports in high school. Now that I live a very active life, I regret it every single day. I wasted my youth on the fucking computer eating junk food.

I didn't play any sports when I was younger. Instead I'd jerk off to white genocide compilations on pornhub
Volleyball. Just did shitloads of "sprints" to and from the net.
Given that the distance of a half a volleyball court is 9 fucking meters, this "sprinting" was just a bunch of awkward shuffling. It was ass and I hated it. Fuck that sport.
Doing 50-100m sprints in college rugby was way more gratifying. And so was hitting people all the time. 10/10, would recommend.

Black lines. Kinda like suicides but you have to repeat every previous line too.
>butterfly slides up and down the goal line
>that one coach who made me skate with the forwards every practice despite wearing an extra 30lbs of gear
Just kill me senpai

For football, during the offseason conditioning we'd do basic agility shit and stretches, lift for 45 minutes, do some gimmick thing for explosiveness like box jumps or dot drill or hitting the sled, go outside and do shit like short sprints and stop-and-goes, run a couple miles around the track, and then run bleachers.
I was a lazy piece of shit my senior year and never went, cost me a starting spot over a guy I was better than. Still had a chance to prove myself, they let me play JV which I dominated in and gave me a few meaningful 1st team reps, and I blew my knee out before I could ever get a bigger work load.
We had no conditioning during our basketball practices.
>tfw Europoor
>tfw 1.5 hour of practice once a week
