Can I drop 5% bodyfat in 4 weeks? I'm 6'2", 185 pounds, and about 15% bodyfat. If I eat 2000 calories a day and keep up my routine and cardio, can I do this?

>If I eat 2000 calories a day and keep up my routine and cardio, can I do this?
It's a mathematical impossibility.

thats why michael phelps eats 20,000 calories a day and has about 5% bodyfat right
>>40706356
a) He doesn't eat 20,000 calories a day
b) He's not 5% when he's eating 20,000 calories a day
c) You are not the metabolic equivalent of an olympic gold medal winning world record holding swimmer
d) That literally has nothing to do with your question and the impossibility of you losing 5% in 4 weeks.
20% - 15% is possible, 15%-10% probably not
The fastest way to drop BF is a combination of fasting and nutritional ketosis
As with any cut, you will lose some muscle mass but ketosis is largely muscle sparing.

Fastest way is DNP.
Second Fastest is PSMF + IF + ECA + Yohimbine
What does /fit/ think about training 6 times a week ? is it over-kill ?
>>40706635
Correct, I should have mentioned drugs significantly speed this up
>>40706650
This overtraining meme has gone too far. No, you can train 6 times a week for 2-3 hours a day. Think you'll actually make your muscles shrink doing this? Then try it yourself. I guarantee you that you'll only get bigger. It's not complicated.

Does IF actually help in lowering bodyfat or is it just a meme resulting from how hard it is to get fat off of eating for 6 or less hours a day

>Can I drop 5% bodyfat in 4 weeks?
No, the most you can drop under perfect conditions is about 1% bf per week.
>If I eat 2000 calories a day and keep up my routine and cardio, can I do this?
The "perfect conditions" described above entail severely cutting your calories while perfectly dialing in your macros and training. There is no chance you'll come anywhere close to that while eating more than 10 calories per lb of bodyweight.
