>SS is for beginners
>includes squats
>can't even do 30 squats without weights without feeling like shit

SS is for beginners. there's better routines out there than SS like stronglifts, greyskull LP
Good thing you only have to do 25
>>40696283
so do 29 squats without weights for a week or two and move up to 30.
>without feeling like shit
are you fearing injury, illness, or anything like that? or are you afraid to exert yourself. be honest.

I dint see how I can do squat with weight when I can't even do them properly without weight.
>>40696283
If you can't squat the bar 5x5 with rest between sets as a healthy male then you should just kill yourself
>>40696380
Well you're not doing 30 of them in one go, are you?
I think he means he can't physically do it, form wise.
Stretch more OP, keep doing 5x5 with bar and stretching everyday until you can properly do the movement then start adding weight, you wont hurt yourself doing shitty form squats with just the bar
I do squats holding a dumbell rather than a barbell.
Doing it with the dumbell, my technique is much better.
I'm a beginner, so I'm assuming I should do it his way untill I'm better than move to barbell?
(I tried with the barbell first and i was awfull, technique wise)
>>40696283
SS tells you to do 3x5 you fucking dork jesus christ.
>used to be able to squat atg before lifting
>now i can't break parallel on just bodyweight
>learned about stretching the hard way
>>40696299
How's SL better considering it's a SS ripoff? SS is better than SL anyway
>>40697744
You won't learn it without doing it and you aren't training spinal erectors I think, which can be a huge issue if you want to move decent weight.
>>40696283
Then do more, you'll get better.
