What do you do when you hit a plateau?
I've been using the same weights for months now without making progress.

yeah i do feel beat up. probably because im cutting and slightly over training so im gonna take a day or 2 off (i go every day natty)
so volume is a good plateau breaker?

Bump the weight up even if it means less reps. You'll get stronger, bench is probably the most stubborn too

Well if you're cutting, your strength gains won't go up much
Try resting more, did wonders for me
I usually do a dumb megabulk to break plateaus, usually just up my daily calories to 4500+ for two weeks. Has helped me so far, I also deload 20-25% if I get past the plateau and then work up to it.
