I want to get fit, I've heard kettlebells are a good place to start to develop a good base strength.

Squat bench row, rest, squat overhead dead, rest, Squat bench row, rest
Do this with barbell. Increase weight weekly.

Ones that fit tightly and are measured in kilograms.
