Medfag here, bro not even kidding if its that severe you should definitely go see a doctor SOON. Yes sometimes it will 'pop' but it could get way way worse before it does that, it can cause fistula leading from.the intestine to the skin that will take ages too heal and you can even get septic from an abces if it becomes big enough. You should not wait this one out.

I have a pilonidal cyst right now, at least I think that's what it is. Hasn't started hurting too badly but I managed to pinch a hole in it last night and some blood came out.

Its a peri-rectal abcess you drop out cuck, its not an intestinal abscess - its likely caused by an ingrown hair and wont cause a fistula, it will just get sore as hell until he gets it aspirated.
