Man I remember pre liftinf when I went to mma for the first time during grappling this 6'5" pajeet just laid on top of me with his arms and legs stretched like a starfish. 3 fucking minutes later I still could not fucking get out of that. He did nothing but keeping his limbs stiff and shifting weight. Also ore lifting my roided friend and I often play fighted for fun.
