Am I fucked? How scrawny am I going to have to go before being able to bulk?
I already started resistance exercises and high protein dieting but I still don't know how long it'll take. Lost 90 lbs already but did it all fucking wrong

Just lift weights and get used to eating actual food with some level of portion control.
When you have the habit of preparing and eating healthy meals, then you can worry about the number of calories in each meal.
If you lift weights, as the fat comes off you will simply expose your muscles. They might not be big muscles. But you can worry about that later.
Or do it the other way around.
Bulk now, then cut.

Well some chart is saying I have to get to ~135 just to reach 10% bf, which is fucking ridiculous. Right now I'm doing 5 sets up 15 pull ups, 4 reps of 15 pushups, a few sets up resistance bands and 5 sets of 10 squats with a 50 lbs bad of sand I have lying around
I'll increase these weekly by at least a set or two, I just done want to be scrawny
