Hey, Ive been interested in being fit for at least 5 years now, but all ive ever done is fuck around. 1m 1m80, 65k and i dont know whether to go for a slim fit form or for a more bulked up form.

I prefer slimfit cause i prefer not too spend too much money on food and im good at fasting. Im also a big eater so either way is cool.

Ive got a hometrainer, ive got lots of 10k, 15, 20k dumbells and free weights and ive got a gym membership which i dont use. Yeah, i suck.

I do a simple routine 4 times a week: 1 or 2 sets of 10, 15 reps. Takes me about half an hour. Plus 5 km on the bike.

But the result is still trash. Im basically DYEL. How can i improve?

Can i quit my membership and follow a solid routine with the excuipment i have at home. Pls help.

Try actually lifting at a gym.

A 20 kg dumbbell isn't going to do shit, as you should have figured out about 4.5 years ago.

Dumbells are in kilos:
2x 10+
2x15+
2x20+
Can combine them for more weight.
+
Barbell of 50k.
+
Workoutbench.

And a hometrainer.

Thats gotta mean at least something right? Do i really need a gym when i have this at home.

This should be enough weight to get me on the right track imo.

If building muscle is your goal, then no, that doesn't mean anything. An untrained male will squat and deadlift more than that 50 kg barbell on his first workout.

If cardio and endurance is your goal, then sure, you could do something with that stuff.

you're not going to get huge without roids, and if you're a big eater on a budget there are ways to do that, just eat cheap food in big quantities, you should really go to the gym for a year or two bulking slowly, and then you can cut down to whatever you want

You need a a barbell bar and some weights, and a bench. Also you can do some bodyweight exercises, like pull ups and push ups.
