How do i recover a lacking upper body as a result from the strength training meme? Currently running C6W. Want to be at least ottermode in another 3 years and bench 300lbs (15lbs increase)

you're just carrying a lot of fat and you have bad genetics, you should swim to broaden your shoulders and eat clean to drop bf.

if you want to get sculpted you will need to start doing overhead squats and twisting core exercises. ottermode = twink status, if you don't have a cute face, that will never look good.
