>This 6 inch wrist can deadlift 3pl8 double overhand without hook grip
How long have you been malnourished anon
>>40672299
The fuck is wrong with your hands dude
>>40672299
whats your stats bro? and how long did it take to reach 3pl8?
My dick is thicker than your wrist, wtf.
are you a child?
>>40672299
>tfw 5.8" wrists
>>40672324
it s kind of a waste having long but thin dick because it aint gonna do shit unless you fuck a virgin
>>40672324
No it's not. Go to bed you pathetic lying faggot.
Good bro. I have 6.5 inchers and I can only do 2.75 plate double overhand. Need straps / mixed grip for 3 plate.
I have 6.5-7inch wrists (not sure exactly) and double overhand deadlift 210kg
Wrist size doesn't affect grip strength
>>40672299
>3pl8
not even a lot of weight anon. You'd know that if you weren't a wristlet
>>40672321
>>40672498
I don't ever see many people deadlifting more than that.
>>40672499
whats your height and weight?
>>40672521
5'9'', 65kg.
>"manlet"
>"auschwitz"
>>40672512
It's because nobody deadlifts. I have 6.2" wrists and have pulled 445 double overhand, and 585 mixed, weighing 190-195 lbs. 3 plate really isn't a big deal.
>>40672498
l2read, he was talking about using double overhand
>>40672551
>meh
Not him, but I also think it's fairly ordinary.
And especially doesn't warrant some cringeworthy humble brag thread on /fit/.
>>40672544
For one year progress it is. Probably would have been stronger if I didn't under prioritize it for symmetrical strength.
For reps?
>>40672491
>Wrist size doesn't affect grip strength
this
Nothing unusual, grip strength, especially support grip strength is mostly neurological. Sure, most elite deadlifters have huge forearms, but I came to believe that the real size on them and particularly wrist size can be worked on only by rotations and actually moving the wrist.
>>40672577
"For reps" doesn't mean anything, retard. Do you mean 2 reps? 20? 100?
>>40672574
>taking one year for 140kg
Make that two months for a fatty, three at most for a recovering skeleton.
Even go as far as within a month of someone with previous training in some sport.
>>40672597
Well it means at least more than one rep. If a guy is bragging about being able to do a 3pl8 deadlift he probably means he can do it for 1-5 reps. If he could do it for 20 reps he'd brag about the 4pl8 deadlift he can do for 1 rep instead.
>>40672574
>For one year progress it is.
fucking lol i hit 3pl8 within 6 weeks. sure, i suffer from fuckarounditis and am only at about 4.5pl8 2 years later but it goes to prove 3pl8 isn't an accomplishment for a functioning male
im 5'7 with 8 in wrists my hands are bigger than my whole face its weird
>be 18
>attend friend's brothers chuckie cheese party
>hand prints on wall as decore from the average chucker, no more than 12 years old
>my hand fits perfectly
Should I continue living?
>>40672299
will us wristlets ever be able to double overhand 4pl8+?
please give me a hand job anon
>>40672334
>tfw 5" wrist
>>40672299
Is this supposed to be impressive?
>>40672664
t. obese manlet
>>40672299
Bone structure (joint girth) won't affect your DL. I'd say to get some chalk, and go for it.
