I have problems eating food and keeping it down. What's the most efficient way to get protein, meat, nutrients, some type of foodball or shake I suppose. Taste isn't too important, as long as it's not odious.

oats, milk, peanut butter, and protein powder blended

blend the oats first to make them powdery

or replace potein powder with a mass gainer

use something thats 350-600 cal a serving

with the mass gainer youll have like a 1300cal shake

Lean animal products (lean meat and fish, egg whites, etc.) have the best bang for your buck if you're looking at actual foods. Since a gram of protein has 4 calories, most of these are in the 1g/5 cal range. Certain non-meat products may also work, although there aren't too many that are particularly high in protein (seitan is the only one that comes to mind as being similarly high in protein).

Plenty of protein supplements also have a similar ratio.

How about avocados for protein+fiber+calories+fat?
>>
>>40671327
avocados have ~3 grams of protein per 250 calories, so they're a pretty shitty choice for protein. But they can still be part of a balanced diet, what matters is that you hit your total protein/carb/fat goals at the end of the day. the best option is to track everything you eat, so you see where you're ending up.
