I have them too OP, I believe it's called keratosis and I'm not sure there's a treatment. Doesn't really bother me though.

Keratosis pillaris. Literally no big deal. Dermatologists can prescribe cream but I wouldn't bother. Got the same thing

I have them too, but they fade when I'm good about using moisturizer. Eucerin Daily Protection SPF 15 works wonders for me, for some reason. It has to be that specific variety though.

They're just plugged up follicles. Dry brush your arm roughly and use some moisturizer. I used to have them but they just disappeared when I got older.
