I'm stalling on icf 5x5 already 3 workout days in, this is my second bench press session this week, I started off at 40kg (not including bar) and now I'm at 42.5, Im getting 5 reps at 110% of my ability but also with my squats I'm at a ridiculously low weight now because this time around I'm trying to get my form perfect. First rep of squats I did I feel like I pulled some shit in my hip/above my thigh. Am I destined to be a beta weighter for life? Been getting 6/7 hours of sleep a night, been eating 3 proteinous calorieous meals a day and if I feel hungry after my dinner I'll eat a sandwich to make up for it. What am I doing wrong

I didn't warm up or limber up no, I also don't foam roll. I lift with my dad and he likes to smash them out and get it over and done with so I went straight and squatted my weight (which I don't even wanna mention cos it's ridiculous atm, ive had it higher in past) I think maybe my form was off
