Wake up, take a preworkout, have nice big poos, go for run after an hour imo.
Whatever makes you comfortable anon!

>Preworkout to wake up
>get your shit together
>go take a shit before you leave
>wipe your shit off so you don't get rash ass
>run
Just make sure you poop before the run. Nothing worse than Prarie-Dogging it for a couple miles

How intense should my preworkout be? Do y'all just mean stretches
What benefit would running have for my gains? Is it true that it does kill gains?

Caffeine.

You will need to eat more to compensate for what you're burning but that's it.

This
As long as you're not doing Keto and you replace your Calories and protein immediately after the run you'll be fine. (If you want to loose weight don't replace 200calories from the run, but replace the rest)

>having to clarify to wipe after shitting
>being this much of a pajeet
>mfw
JESUS FUCKING CHRIST ROFL

Just take a pwo if you wish, BCAA and/or coffee. Go for a 45 min jog if that works for you. HIIT is fine as well, but going empty stomach HIIT doesnt work for everyone. LISS (Jogging) is more user friendly.
Dont have to wait for anything really before you go.

Alright, makes sense. So if I'm /new/ and a skeltel trying to bulk and gain some weight, running would be beneficial because it would make me hungrier, right?
>wake up
>drink coffee
>go running
>start belching up acid and shitting from the run and the coffee
Uh, better save the coffee for after the run

Hunger is a subjective feeling, anon.
Running increases your stamina and increases your cardiovascular health. It is healty and you should do it. For people on a diet, the extra calorie deficit is a bonus. For you, well, it just adds more kcal to your TDEE to compensate for. If you have no trouble gaining weight controllably, you have nothing to lose.

Sounds good, thanks Anon
