buy a squat plug and have it on 24/7 while in prison

Can't comment on the US, but I know a few guys who've done time in the UK who said its nothing like the movies. No shower rape (and any perpetrators would likely be killed by other inmates if they weren't put into isolation) not that much violence unless you initiate it. No real drama.

But the worst bit, by far, is the boredom. Literally drives even the strongest men to suicidal thoughts.

Here's the thing. Jail/ prison ain't that bad... if you're not in there for normal crimes. Any sex crimes you immediately have an incredibly higher chance of being lumped in with the rest of the sex offenders and being hurt/raped by every other prisoner

Use bodyweights exercises, Push-ups, squats and Pull ups. Some prisons have Benchs and dumbells so if you're lucky you can use them too.

Dont forget some HIIT and try to have a nice diet.

About CPorn i would tell you that you better think an history like you robbed a bank or you were framed or you will get raped (there is such a code in jail that does affect molesters and pedophiles and etc that make you easily get raped)
