I want to say thanks /fit/. I was a fat 220 pound early 30s fuck. On New Years I made a New Years resolution to lose 20 pounds and came here.
However, unlike most resolution fags 9 weeks later I met my New Years resolution and lost those 20 pounds. I'm still fat and I plan to keep going.
Here's a pic of my progress. Not sure how good a progress it actually is, but still, New Years resolution met. And I feel pretty good about that.

In January I cut out my daily Taco Bell/McDonald's runs after work. A week later I stopped with my daily tastykake at work. A week later I dropped my Mtn Dew Kickstart every morning. I've been eating a lot more fruit. I've been doing cardio 4-5 times a week. I wish I could be lifting but my job is pretty physical and I'm scared I would overwork my muscles and cause more harm than good

I'm down to 176lbs from 192lbs in about 6 weeks. I look and feel so much better. I feel more attractive, I have more energy, and I don't tire as easily. The only thing is that my pectus/flared ribs combo is getting more and more noticeable as I'm shedding off the fat

This isn't really a progress for me. This was me about 9 months ago. The lowest I've been. Was around 280-300 lbs to start. I was stuck at this stage for a couple months. I couldn't lose any more weight and my love handles wouldn't decrease at all. I had 0 energy and being in this state really wrecked me mentally. I gave up lifting and just started up again. What's your height? How fast did you lose the fat, when did the fold appear?
I was similar to your before pic when I started, still chubby but no wrinkles or folds so far. TBQH I'd rather have a belly with a smooth curve than abs with a saggy pouch underneath, so I'm wondering if I should stop. Does this always happen, were you unlucky or did you cut too fast.
