Arm day/cardio/general daily routine though, hell yeah. I'm proud of my slav squat prowess

Only for a little bit and more as a stretch. I can go ass to grass no problem, but I still have problems holding in a Slav squat.

Yeah. I dont know why but after going to the gym for a long while I havent been able to comfortably sit in a chair for long periods of time or my muscles get stressed. The only sitting position that doesnt feel bad is a squat.

Wouldn't that be subpar for your breathing when trying to recover?
