pretty much this, I try t steer away from crap but I fucking crave so much shit after work days....
>>40643343
How you stop your crave?
>>40643410
I don't, if there is some, I'm always drinking up pepsi, love stuffing up chocolate at nights too
every once in a while eating up on fast food as well (BK)
thing is, I'm always consuming these things moderately, no more than 250ml of soda for example
The cravings last about 2 weeks I find.
I am a huge fucking fiend for shitty sugar filled foods. When I'm not being good, I can eat 4 large soft cookies (salted caramal and choc chip, holy fuck they are so good) and a whole tub of 24 brownie bites, in one sitting.
But yeah, I've been cutting for the last few months and I don't even think about eating that stuff now as I've been cold turkey from it for weeks.

dirty bulk is a fucking meme, its for non natties and lazy fucks
the only thing that should differ between a bulk and a cut is the quantity of food, not the quality
>>40643300
I just stop lifting on my cuts.
Honestly, if you still look dyel after 3-4 months of no lifting and fasting, you were lifting wrong in the first place... or a retarded powerlifter lol.
>>40643827
Is this bait? If you don't lift on a cut your body will burn more muscle than fat
for the love of god don't do that
>>40643827
>I just stop lifting on my cuts.
seriously?
I'm stuck on my on my 18% bf and can't get it lower, damn belly fat
I can't get lower because:
1) too lazy to make up and follow diet
2) feel such a big urge to consume after workouts
send help...
>>40643870
you could try intermittent fasting if you have such a big urge, its where you fast during certain portions of the day then eat a shit ton of calories during small window of the day
Also quit being such a lazy fuck, maybe then you'll lose some bf%
