Why is it so hard for others to lose weight? Losing weight is so easy.

I did low carb, high fat and protein on a big deficit and lost 30 in 2 months. Its not too hard to lose weight but the craving are still there. I only fucked up twice. I'm stalling now but I have been eating at maintenance because I'm eating more carbs and getting hungry more often.
Because they keep eating the amount that'll make them maintain their weight, even though it's healthy food. I've made the same mistake.

Often when one feels hungry, it's just your brain tricking you...
True hunger is a different feeling than what's commonly associated with it.

Your probably right. I used to eat when I was bored. Stopped doing that but the urge is still there. Don't play vidya any more so I just walk around/ run at night and fall to sleep. Need to do more exercises.
