Without everyone being a cunt can we have a proper talk about which accessories to add to SS and which days and for how many reps.
I think most people agree that the compound lifts in SS are laid out very well and are essential.
I also know about the book and the sticky. Just stop being a cunt ok.
do this instead
do curls at 2x10 once a week. Do them after your chinups. Add in abs at 5x10 (leg raise) and do some GHR at 5x10
NOW SHUT UP!

glute ham raise

lte, pullups, dips

weighted chinups and dips (if you can do them without any shoulder pain) can and should be done every workout in addition to back extensions and some sort of ab workout (ab wheel or hanging leg raises).

Pullups and dips

If you do nothing else do pull ups/chin ups. You're aiming to eventually do something that looks a lot like Reg Parks 5x5 without the wrist and calf work.

>back extensions
They are good but for some reason I find them hard to conceptualize (especially with weight, it's like the hyperextension part of my brain is damaged or something). I also found assymetric exercises more useful earlier on (like Jefferson deadlifts and split squats). YMMV obviously and everyone seems to end up doing hyperextensions for prehab eventually. Even cyclists and runners. Not everyone does assymetric stuff.
