ITT post people you used to think were in awesome shape but now look like shit
Anyone else see X-Men 1 and think "wow that guy is in awesome shape I wish I looked like that" But now I look at him and laugh because he is hilariously out of shape.
But he looks amazing in the movies after.

If anything this proves what you can do with, probably mild steroid use too, 10 years + of keeping /fit/

He did classical dance, him on the left is before he got any serious weight training. I think they wanted that 70s strongfat aesthetic too for some reason. Decent legs and torsoe anyway, shitty arms.

If i can end up like that at Logan's age i'll be a happy grandpa

I think once my test levels start dropping ill start boosting if the bodydysmorphia hasn't taken over yet

Well low test is actaully really bad for older men, so once the T levels drop and i've popped out enough kids i'll probably satrt using too

They probably won't dip until you're into your 40s bro, just bear that in mind.
Ideal time though. Don't have to worry about producing kids hopefully and you get better quality of life in old age.

good luck living 200+ years
He was actually cast late as a replacement. He only had a short time to prepare for the roll the first time.

I think in an interview he did that on day 1 of filming, but tried to workout as they continued. Pic related is from later.

He was in pretty good shape at the end of filming though.
