I can't do series of full hanging leg raises without having an orgasm, wtf /fit/ How can I prevent myself of this while doing this exercise, I can't normally train my core. I'm not even trolling, I used to have this problem too OP. After the first unintentional time it happened, I only tried a couple more times after.
