I am 5'11, 24 year old male, and I weigh 225 lbs, I used to be 275 lbs but I've been steadily dropping weight over the past 12 months. Doing greyskull, 5K cardio, caloric deficit, read the sticky, yadda yadda. What I want to know is at what weight, for my height and age, should I start seeing ab definition?
I've been cutting for so long and I still look at myself and see fatty garbage. People keeping saying they see a difference in my appearance but I don't know if they're being sincere or if they're just lying to spare my feelings. I haven't even needed new pants sizes, my pants from when I was 275lbs still fit fine. How much longer is this road to ab definition.
Yes I know it's cheap to want abs but that's what I set my first big milestone for and it feels like it's never going to come.

basically you're going to cut until low BF and possibly realize your muscle mass is low and want to bulk again before keep abs, but you can keep the cut through the summer and keep your sick abs in 2 years.

You can be 15% at 180 and be 15% at 230

Impossible to tell without knowing your lean mass.
If two dudes were both 6'2" 135 lbs, but one was 10% bf and the other was 25%, the first would be ripped and the other would be a pudgy blob.

I'd prefer to know where my destination is rather than moving blindly towards it. I have my eyes set on 190lbs, but I have no idea if that's where I actually want to be. I want a more accurate target to aim at.

depending on your actual BMI I'm going to assume the answer is around 190 (visible while using or flexing, 175 slightly defined at rest, then 165ish would be about otter mode)
at 190 assuming 30%bmi, 175 maybe 20bmi and 165 nearing 15bmi
