What does someone who is horribly skinnyfat (6'2" 210 lbs with not much muscle) do?

My goal would be to be healthy. My diet is entirely trash right now. I drink 8+ cans of pop per day, don't exercise, and most of my meals are fast food. I've been doing this for a couple years now aside from 3 months of basic training at the military.
I have enough time and money to do any kind of routine and eat the right foods. I'd really prefer not to go to a gym and buy the basics for a home gym. I live on a farm and have lots of room to do things.
As you can see, I look weird in clothes. My shoulders are narrow and I have a belly. I'd like to look like a swimmer. I currently stick out in a negative way. I'd like to achieve an "average" body to help me blend in.
