Had a pretty shit day yesterday.

Pretty sure I have a minor fracture in my shin now from a not even that high box jump. Who the fuck makes a box out of a steel frame, and why did I have to be such a dumbass and practice on a box 6+" higher than I'm used to made out of a steel frame without even warming up. I made it up a few times and hesitated once, that was enough to slam my shit full force into a fucking metal edge. Today my shin is all swollen and putting weight on it is weird. So a couple days ago me and some friends went to the casino to watch the boxing and UFC. Around 5 am we left and went to a strip club.

Funny thing is it's a powerlifting/ bodybuilding gym.
