hey guys,
i have a weight bench in my garage that i want to bring to my room on the second story of my house, will working out on a hardwood floor upstairs fuck my floor up?
Yes if you are using any appreciable weight.
The force even a light weight plate hits the floor with when dropped is easily enough to cause damage.

>will lifting on hardwood ruin my floor
>yes
>ok but well I'm gonna do it anyway
Why did you make this thread?
>>40627039
he said a significant ammount of weight and wont be benching that much
>>40627042
He didnt say that at all.
He said any appreciable weight, and that even a light plate dropped on the floor is enough to cause damage.
You just saw what you wanted to see because you've already made up your mind and for some reason wanted /fit/ to validate it for you.
