Do I just keep eating whatever I can eat? Do I need to avoid anything?

Does peanut butter sandwiches work.
>>40626513
Peanut Butter is good but buy something all-natural unless you like eating trans-fat by the jar.
>>40626528
So I just literally spread them on white bread and eat them? How many of those should I take a day.
>>40626532
White bread is shit if you're gonna make sandwiches then buy whole grain bread.
But personally I wouldn't even bother with the bread, just eat the peanut butter with a spoon.
>>40626541
With a spoon, hmm that sounds good. Do I need protein shakes?
>>40626513
well make sure you're eating at least some fruits and vegetables, you have a source of omega 3s, get some sunlight everyday or supplement vitamin D.
and also OATS AND SQUATS
>>40626584
Can I eat almonds also? Apparently those thing have lots of protein or some shit
>>40626575
You dont need protein shakes, as a total newb you just need 1.2g protein per kg weight which you can easily get from a normal diet if it consists of cereal, milk, peanut butter and a meat dish. Throw in some nuts, tuna or beans for an extra hit if you cant get it normally.

Isn't 1.2g per kg weight a lot? I'm 56 kg right now so I have to consume 67.2g protein a day?
