for legs i kind of was facetious, because i felt the need to definitely fit in cleans.

Hammer curls are bicep (arm) curls with a neutral grip. Do you mean hamstring curls?

Shoulders: OHP, Lateral Raise, Arnold Press
Back: Pull-up, Cable Rows, Dumbbell Rows
Arms: Tricep Dips, Dumbbell Curl, Tricep Extension
Legs: Squat, Deadlift, Leg Press

Arms: Fixed bar bicep curls, Overhead tricep extensions, Hammer curls.
Back: Deadlifts, Cleans, Pullups (I admit this won't give you a wide back)
Legs: Squats, "the vagina stretching machine", Calf raise machine
Shoulders: OHP (rest is covered from pullups/rowing/bench/etc)
Misc: Ab wheel, Slav squatting, Push ups (for serretus)
