Any UK fags here able to give me tips on where to buy food in large quantities for cheap? Milk, rice, oats, meats, bread, nuts etc? Looking to get big as cheap as possible, my dad buys shit tier normie food and rather than eat the sugary no proteiny cuck I'd rather starve. How do I meal prep for as cheap as possible n shit

Makro and aldi
Farmfoods is good for frozen meat
I wouldn't buy fresh meat from there, but for nuts, rice, oats and beans you should see if there's a local Turk or Eastern European shop. There's a TFC not far from me and they sell dozens of different types of beans and nuts for dirt cheap prices. You can also get massive bags of rice and oats for next to nothing.
If there isn't one then try Sainsbury's or Tesco. They usually have an Indian section where you can pick up that stuff quite cheaply.
As for meat, go to your local British butcher. It's not much dearer and the meat if much higher quality. Also, the butcher will actually be knowledgeable and be able to advise you different types of meat.

Look for local butchers and follow them on facebook, they always have deals on.
Same here. Where to get Beef Joints for cheap? I love slow cooking it but I'm not that well off so spending a lot of money on meat isn't easy.
Cheapest I can find it around me is ~£5.95/kilo

Have you heard of the internet? It's great.
For meat halal butchers are the best.
For veggies indian grocers.
Lidl is great.
Local independent butchers are good and have deals if you go ask.
Ditto for fishmongers but they're rare compared to butchers. The fish counter in most big supermarkets should have a deal on otherwise.
Billingsgate fish market in London but you have to get there at like 5:00 AM.
Ditto Smithfields for meat.
Otherwise local farmer's markets.
Iceland for frozen meat and fish or veggies is poverty tier.
The big chains Tesco, Sainsbury etc are pretty fucking shite.

Tesco is still the cheapest place I can find for my beef joints, at £5.95/kilo.
