I'm in a similar situation, although much stronger (and fatter).
I'm thinking of adding at least heavy dips to TM in order to keep progressing bench press. I might just do Smolov Jr cycles for bench while TMing squats. I'll figure this out after my meet on April 1st.
That's with powerlifting in mind though. If you are training for general strength or athleticism, and justifiably want to alternate OHP and bench press weeks, the Smolov Jr for bench isn't going to be a good option. The dips would probably be a better one.
If you want to add curls for dem bicep gains and have sex with women like a faggot, I'd basically TM them. 3x10 with not too heavy weight on Monday (straight barbell of some sort), and 3x5-8 on Friday. Should allow you to also do chin ups on Wednesday.
I wouldn't do much more than that and dips, with dips taking priority. Too much more is going to keep you in the gym for goddamn ever and is going to be an awful lot of bullshit to recover from without "supplements."

Ok so I've got this tweak in my low back.
As far as pain it's like a 2/10 at most, easily ignored. Doesn't hurt during exercise either. But it's like directly over the vertebrae. I can palpate it and get mild soreness in some soft tissue. I can't tell if it's a facet joint issue or erector sprain close to the spine.
From what I can google, facet joint issues come with radiating pain and numbness/tingling, which isn't happening.
Since I can't afford a doctor (and to be completely honest after seeing some pretty bad advice given by some professionals I'm wary of them anyway, but that's another post) I'm not sure how to proceed. My plan is, since it doesn't hurt during exercise, is just to continue as normal and see if anything changes.
Thoughts?

For my shoulders I try to get external rotations in every session I do, regardless if bench or deadlift.
And then I do bent over barbell rows.
I tried doing face pulls for a while but they never felt good. Same for rear delt flies.
I could add some lateral raises but I am not sure if they serve any purpose.
Apart from that I began doing some OHP after my Nuckols Friday. I am really weak in it, barely move a plate for 5 but it feels quite good.
